Mangel Lead Systems is run by Jay Mangel, based in Minnesota. It started the way most good things do: with a problem that would not go away.

Trades company owners are some of the hardest-working people around. They are up early, on the tools all day, and running the business in between. The one thing they never have enough of is time. So when the phone rings and they can not get to it, the call goes to voicemail. The caller hangs up and dials the next name on the list. The job is gone before they ever knew it was there.

Jay kept seeing it happen. Good companies, good work, losing jobs they should have won, just because no one was there to catch the lead. The big agencies wanted to sell them complicated packages full of jargon and empty promises. That is not what these owners needed. They needed something simple that just ran in the background.

So he built it. A missed-call text-back so every call gets answered even when you can not pick up. A clean website that actually shows up locally. A pipeline that holds onto leads and follows up on its own. No hype, no buzzwords, no long contracts. Just a system that does the catching so you can get back to the work.

That is still the whole point. We are plain-spoken. We would rather give you a tool that works than sell you a pitch. If you are too busy on the tools to chase leads, that is exactly who we built this for.
